Single Session Therapy is a structured 80-minute appointment designed to help you explore and address a specific concern in one focused session. Many people seek therapy because they are facing a particular challenge, feeling stuck with a decision or wanting support around a situation that doesn't necessarily require ongoing therapy.

 

A single session can provide clarity, insight, practical strategies and a space to think things through with the support of a qualified therapist.

While one session cannot resolve every issue, it can often help you gain a fresh perspective, identify next steps, and feel more confident moving forward.

Fees

Single Session Therapy (80 minutes): £150
Available online for individuals (not couples) aged 18 and over.

Booking & Important Information

Payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled once only. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the fee will be forfeited.

 

Single Session Therapy is available for individuals only and is not suitable for couples therapy.
