How I work
I am an Integrative Counsellor. I understand that everyone is unique and has their own set of circumstances and needs. Compassion and authenticity are extremely important to me, and I always strive to offer these qualities to my clients during our work together.

I offer a free Introductory Video Call which lasts up to 15 minutes. This is a good opportunity to meet each other and you can also get a feel of how I work. Following the call you can then take your time to decide if you would like to book further sessions. If we decide to work together, we will have weekly sessions at a regular time that last for 50 minutes. If you prefer, you can also book your first session with me to get a feel of what working together might be like. There is no commitment to book further sessions.

If the availability shown for the initial call doesn't work for you, please contact me and let me know what days and times work best. I'll do my best to find a mutually convenient time for our call.

Working agreement
Once we agree to work together, I will send you a copy of my terms and conditions. This document will outline the payment requirements for the sessions, the details of my 48-hour cancellation policy, confidentiality agreement, and the times of the year when I usually take leave. This will ensure that both parties clearly understand what is expected for the duration of our work together.
