Please note that I am a sex-positive, kink-aware and poly-friendly therapist.

Note: I offer spaces at a reduced rate but these are all filled at the moment.
Individual Counselling
Everyone's journey is unique when it comes to seeking counselling. Some may have a specific issue in mind that they want to address, while others may want to explore their emotional well-being on a broader level.

It's perfectly normal to feel unsure about what needs to change, and that's where I come in to help guide you towards a better understanding of yourself. Sometimes, a person may mention a problem that seems isolated, but upon further exploration, we can connect the dots and gain a more comprehensive understanding of the issue and its origins.

No matter your reason for seeking counselling, it's important to know that there's no right or wrong reason. During our initial session, we can discuss your goals and work towards promoting personal growth together.

As we continue our sessions, we can adjust and review your objectives to ensure we're on the right path towards your desired outcome.

I have worked with clients who have experienced abuse, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, changes due to perimenopause or menopause, cultural issues, depression, discrimination, feeling suicidal, LGBTQI+, gender and sexuality issues, intercultural adjustment, relationship difficulties (personal or work-related, separation/divorce, sexual violence, stress and trauma.

I have previously worked at an LGBTQI+ charity working with gender, sexuality and identity and at a rape crisis centre. I have a trauma-informed approach.
Fee: £80 per 50 minutes

Relationship Therapy
I believe that guiding individuals through a process of discussing their issues, can help improve their relationships. I also understand that you may have certain expectations, but it's important to keep in mind that the outcome you desire may not necessarily be guaranteed through this process.

Couple counselling is a safe and confidential space for addressing relationship issues. It's a judgment-free environment where partners can communicate openly. During these sessions, we can explore all kinds of topics, including but not limited to infidelity, communication problems, discrepancies in desire, intimacy and connection, unfulfilled emotional needs, parenting styles, and sexual issues.
Fee: £100 per 50 minutes

Psychosexual Therapy
Psychosexual therapy is a type of talking therapy that can help with sexual issues, and it's available for individuals and couples. It is solution focused approach where I will work collaboratively with you to identify and amplify positive changes that have occurred in your life, and to help you to identify and work towards your desired outcomes.
There are various factors that can affect one's sexual experiences, including stress, fatigue, health issues, familial and occupational obligations, and even the addition of a new family member. There may also be other reasons which would be explored during the assessment stage.
I provide a safe and welcoming space to address the complicated parts of your sex life. It can help you identify and work through sexual challenges such as low sex drive, pain during sex, difficulty having an orgasm, and more. The therapy starts with an assessment consultation where your specific sexual issue, situation, and history are explored and taken into consideration.
If there is a possibility that your issue has a physical element or you need a physical examination, I will suggest a referral to an appropriate medical professional.
Here are some of the sexual issues I work with:
